Student fees help defray the costs of yearbooks, field trips, and materials such as testing, supplies, scripts, labs, ASB card, copies made by students, and crafts.
**Please note that a returning student will not be enrolled into Heritage Oak until the above fees are paid and an application has been completed and returned to the school.

Family Discount: Families with more than three students pay the above tuition for only the first three students attending Heritage Oak.
Graduation Fee: All graduating seniors will be charged $40.00 in May. This fee will pay for caps, gowns, tassels, and certificates.
Tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month, September through June. A late fee of $20.00 will be assessed to any account if tuition is NOT paid by the 6th of each month. Any other miscellaneous charges not paid by the 6th will also result in a late fee of $20.00.
The tuition fee covers costs of books, supplies, membership in the Association of Christian Schools International and the Association of Classical and Christian Schools, student insurance, etc.
Tuition may be paid on a 10 month schedule (Sept. - June) or a 12 month schedule (July - June). The twelve month payment plan is available if you would like to spread the year’s tuition out for twelve payments. (i.e $2750.00 yearly tuition divided by twelve payments equals $229.17 per month.)
School uniform costs are the responsibility of the individual families.
